HIKIGUYS believes that street art has evolved over the years. Before he began creating his art, he, like many others, thought it was just vandalism. However, as he discovered its significance to him, he realized that street art can be provocative—a medium to express opinions, emotions, and experiences unique to each artist. He now sees street art as a form of freedom of expression, his freedom of expression.

After Lunch explores unexpected imagery in street art culture. The images are captured when the sun is still out, and there are no tags on big walls, trains, or other typical graffiti surfaces you might see in most graffiti books. It focuses on community, friends, light conversations, and small tokens like packaging and other small items.

In contrast to mainstream books, After Lunch emphasizes that street art and graffiti art are indeed “ART,” and it firmly stands against anyone who says otherwise.
